The report is a table that displays the yearly hours spent within a certain temperature range for each occupied zone in the energy model. The left side of the table reports the Unmet Heating Hours and Minimum Temperature, while the right side reports the Unmet Cooling Hours and the Maximum and Mean Temperatures. The main cells of the table within the "Time Spent in each temperature range" report the number of hours for the simulated range that fall in that discreet range. Each column reports an approximate 5 degree range starting at <30% and going up to >80%. The main cells of the table are conditionally formatted to highlight large numbers of hours within a range, so that by quickly scanning the user can identify the zones that are potentially influencing the results positively or negatively.

Quick Review Questions to Consider:

Is the Minimum Temperature below the minimum that was to be set for the project or thermal zone?
Is the Maximum Temperature above the maximum that was to be set for the project or thermal zone?
What ranges have a low number of hours (<100 hrs)?
What ranges have a high number of hours (>4,000 hrs)?
How is the distribution of the hours spread across the different ranges for the different zones?
